If you change your mind after you have made a purchase on the website please call Central Appliance Plus on 03 448 7317 during normal business hours or email hello@centralap.co.nz

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

• If your order has not been processed, we will be able to offer you a full refund of your purchase price.
• If your order has been shipped, we will arrange a goods return authorization on our behalf. However, you will be charged the cost of the original shipping, the return shipping, plus handling costs. The product must be received back by Central Appliance Plus and be un-opened and the packaging must still be in its original condition.
• If you change your mind after using the product/opening the packaging, we are sorry but we will not be able to refund your purchase.

The products below are excluded from our Refund Policy, except where they are faulty.
